F45 is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. We aim to burn up to 750 calories per 45-minute session.
F45 Training is a completely new training technique that everyone will fall in love with. The F45 combines elements of high intensity training (HIIT), circular and functional training. It is therefore ideal for dropping excess kilograms and shaping the figure in a completely natural way.
From an early age, I was looking for different ways to hang out, move, but also have fun. The movement and the whole human body began to fascinate me so much that I took coaching exams and a nutrition course. And as usual, when you really pull something, you still don't have enough. I am currently studying the Western form of natural medicine naturopathy.
Sport has been my passion since childhood. First it was football, then I discovered the beauty of athletics, specifically long jump and triple jump, in which I represented the Czech Republic. I am currently studying at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports and in my free time I train proper and healthy movement.
Although you can find me in the lesson schedule under the name Anna, from an early age my whole family and all my friends call me Nana. I am a person with a love of sports and I love communicating with nice people. It is already clear from this that this job is a dream come true for me!
I have been involved in sports since childhood. Starting with football, basketball, swimming and gymnastics. From an early age, I liked being a complex athlete. I completed a fitness trainer course in Prague Slavia. I pay attention to technique and precision in practice.
I'm a lifelong sportsman. I love when I can motivate people to play sports, because I think it's the best way of life - full of hard work, renunciation, but also a feeling of joy and happiness, and the most great people.
My name is Chris, and I am originally from Saint Mary’s, Georgia. I’ve been involved in sports for as long as I can remember. Almost immediately after joining F45 Training Prague more than a year and a half ago, I became addicted. Addicted to the training, the community, and the principles.
What I liked most about the challenge was that it's not some "8 week diet", as a lot of people think, but really a healthy and especially sustainable lifestyle setting. The combination of food and team exercise in F45 became my addiction.
The challenge and the whole F45 concept has given me amazing people who understand what they are doing. And I didn't have to worry about anyone and anything to come up with in 8 weeks. Many thanks to all the coaches, because I wouldn't be able to do it without them. They always pushed me in the right direction and forced me to do my best. The hardest part of the whole process was still cooking and following the menu despite the initial huge enthusiasm for amazing recipes. And motivation? Of course, a great community of amazing people (without whom I can no longer imagine the beginning of my day), dynamic trainings that put a person brutally in the body and simply a love for life that you do not want to give up. PS. A nice bonus are the lost pounds and fats;).
I achieved a pretty good transformation and it was enough to exercise and follow the diet only 3 times a week, nothing drastic. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
